How our color PPF is made
Paltrix color PPF is produced at a dedicated manufacturing facility in Jiangsu, China using imported TPU substrate and nano top-coat technology. We specify the materials, define the finish standards and run quality control on every batch before it ships from our U.S. or China warehouse to your shop.

We own the color system, finish specifications and quality standards. Production runs through our manufacturing partner in Jiangsu — a facility we selected and audit against our requirements.

Quality control
Every batch of Paltrix film goes through in-facility testing before it is accepted into inventory. Rolls that do not pass are not shipped as Paltrix product.

- Gloss uniformity — consistent sheen across the roll surface
- Weathering resistance — accelerated UV and thermal cycling
- Thickness consistency — measured across width and length
- Tensile strength — elongation and break-force verification
- Abrasion resistance — surface durability under friction
