Your color, your brand
For brands, distributors and large-scale installers who want to sell color PPF under their own label, Paltrix provides custom color development, white-label production and ODM support. We handle the manufacturing coordination and quality control so you can focus on building your market.
What we offer
Custom color match
Match a brand color, Pantone reference or physical sample to a TPU film finish. We develop the shade and send physical swatches for sign-off before production.
White-label rolls
Film produced and packaged under your brand — your logo on the core label, your branding on outer packaging where the program allows.
ODM development
Co-develop a dedicated product line with custom finish specs, thickness profile and performance characteristics tailored to your market position.
Program parameters
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Custom color MOQ | Set per project based on color complexity and finish type. Contact us with your target volume and we will scope the minimum viable run. |
| Sample-to-production lead time | Typically 2–4 weeks from initial brief to approved sample sign-off, depending on color complexity. Production run follows shortly after approval. |
| White-label scope | Core labeling and outer packaging can carry your brand identity. Documentation (technical sheets, installation guides) can be co-branded or fully branded depending on program tier. |
| Available finishes for private label | Solid, matte, metallic, carbon fiber texture, pearl and chameleon finishes are all available under private-label arrangements. Not every finish combination is stocked — custom finishes may require a dedicated production run. |
| Export certifications | REACH, RoHS, California Prop 65 and region-specific certifications are handled per your target market. Certification documentation is included with shipments. |
| Roll specifications | Standard 60×50′ at 7.5 mil (same as our wholesale program). Custom widths, lengths and thicknesses available by project agreement. |
How a project runs
Brief
Share the target color (sample, code or description), intended market, estimated volumes and any existing brand guidelines you need the product to match.
Match & sample
We develop the shade against your reference and ship physical swatches for your review. Adjustments are made until you sign off on the match.
Produce & deliver
On final approval, the private-label production run is scheduled. Finished rolls are shipped with your branding, certification docs and technical data sheets.
